This site collects an email address so we can tell you when commerce-atoms launches. This notice is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel.

Who is responsible

1608systems operates this site. Contact: commerceatoms@1608systems.com.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The atoms you tick as interesting, if any (optional).
• The time you subscribed, the page language, the source (vitrine) and the version of the consent text you saw.

We do not store your IP address. It is used transiently to rate-limit sign-ups and to protect the form against abuse, and is discarded within minutes.

Why, and on what basis

To send you launch updates about commerce-atoms. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming through the email we send you (double opt-in). Consent text (v1): “I agree to receive launch updates about commerce-atoms from 1608systems. I can unsubscribe at any time.”

Who processes it

Subscriber data is stored and emails are sent by Buttondown (our mailing-list provider). Hosting and anonymous, cookieless page-view statistics are provided by Cloudflare. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) may load when you start filling in the form. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until we stop sending launch updates. Unsubscribed addresses are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You can ask for access, correction or erasure of your data by writing to commerceatoms@1608systems.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
